    Hi All,

    Does anyone here have read this book ?

    I wonder if it is applicable to the Australian property investment condition or it is just US only ?

    Any comments and sharing would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Tekoz - haven't read it but it's got one of those generalising titles using 'most investors' which turns me off right from the get go. However, would be interested to hear /read what you think and if there is anything in the book that isn't discussed much here on PC.
    Those books can be motivating when you're in the right mood. I read the Rolf De Roos one many moons ago and really enjoyed it. That was where I first heard about doing small renos like changing handles and switches etc.
    Will be Interesting to see if anyone else has read it.

    @WattleIdo thanks for the reply.

    So far I've never read any of the "Rich Dad" team investment book.
    So yes, I haven't bought that book yet hence cannot comment on it :(.

    Cool, thanks for the tips, I'll make note of it mate.

    Yes I think that's it. Although when I tried some of the techniques, the bank xoon told me to cut it out. :p I enjoyed reading it at the time though.

    Knowledge is power brother. Even if it is a bad book, take what you want from it, or learn something that you shouldn't do from it!
    If you finish the book, lets us know the key take aways or the overall premise of the book..
