    I heard on the news this morning that prices have been set for the apartments in Packer's yet to be built tower at Barangaroo - sort of Darling Harbour - Sydney.
    The building will have a casino for high rollers, a hotel, and residential in the upper floors.
    The lowest priced apartment?

    $9.5m

    For that sort of coin, I'd want an ensuite and main bathroom.

    I would want staff.

    We did a Depreciation Schedule on a $17m apartment a couple of years ago. I tagged along on that inspection. I sort of didn't want to leave.
