    Nope. But I went to one in my old neighbourhood. Sold for 1.68m, a number of bidders. Buyer moving from Leichhardt or thereabouts, bigger house, more land.
    No free anythings given out!

    I've started a new thread for the house in Eastwood, Sydney, NSW. The clearance rate last weekend in the area was 92% so there's a very good chance that it will sell....
