I looked at the one picture, decent size 2 story, had a guess, scrolled down and saw the median, it's a sign.

    From the pictures:

    - Ex-houso
    - Asbestos roof
    - Pine fence palings for balustrade (don't lean too hard on them)
    - Sexy faux wrought iron work, Maccas-esque dyed wood chips, concrete bird feeders.
    - The old above ground pool, Compliant? is there a barrier/fence? Self closing gates? no windows to pool area that open more than 100mm?
    - Creative electrical solutions on display in the subfloor, errrr I mean "downstairs". (look at the RCD hanging off the wall - photo #12 top right)

I'd offer them land value if they paid for the demo :p

BUT in the spirit of the game...

I'm at 320k but i think that close to the rail line is stupid so I'm assuming the buyer won't be bothered.
I reckon it might pass in. Unless they are si desperate to sell immediately.

    $311,000

Unless the buyer hasn't done a B&P, then more.

I believe it may have been previously advertised for an amount "offers over". So they may be desperate now

That's just a safety conscious power board. Expensive way to do it but safety first!
