    Springfield and Springfield Lakes seems very very popular with FHBs at the moment.

    I would be less inclined to buy in the big communities 30ks+ from the city, rather I would look for smaller infill develolments much closer. This type of thing (11ks from CBD) :

    I don't recommend buying in any new estate. Paying too much for house Vs land content

    Cool post. I checked it out today. Very nice. ..... project builders abd custom in there. Feels nicer than mcmansions type estates. All thr benefits of Carina ( :) ) but new housing! Is yhere a golf course coming?
