@Leo2413 Far out, what's wrong with people! To do that in front of everyone, imagine what they do to these animals behind closed doors.

 

I have to share this story about Melbourne Cup!
A lady I know off was told by a family member how one year another family member bet on 3 horses and the boxed trifecta wasn't paying much around $300, but 4 horses paid around $10K.
So this novice lady said I will choose 4 horses and please place the $24 bet. The day before the race horse 11 was scratched, so the family member rang her and asked what she wanted to do? She asked can I then place the 3 horses for $6 then...
The family member thought well she gave $24 so I will place 400% (4 times) on this boxed trifecta.
Guess what happened, she had the 3 horses, each trifecta paying around $3410, so times that by 4 and do the maths...so above $13K for $24 first time bet! She chose some dates that were meaningful to her...and bingo!
So the morale of the story, it is all luck to pick the winners, I suppose.
At least the family member received some nice tip from her, for placing the bet 4 times....
