Terracotta tiled roof - matching external colours?

Hi all

I have recently purchased a low set post war home with a terracotta tiled roof.

Historically, I paint all my houses and white/black/grey combination, which often includes the roof.

It seems like a bit of a waste to paint over terracotta tiles as I think they are quite nice in their own right. Further, this place has two lots of solar panels which would need to be removed and reattached which is a cost I don't need.

I have seen places with a terracotta roof painted grey but to me it does not seem to quite match?

I am thinking about just going a white for the main colour externally but am not sure about the contrast colour?

Does anyone have ideas about what would work best in the situation.
