Termination of MA contract & New PM in Yeerongpilly

    Hi All,
    I know in NSW if a rental property is vacant, you can terminate the MA forthwith and sign with another agency, who take over from the date onwards. Is it the same in Queensland? While I'm looking at terminating a MA, does anyone have an PM in the Yerong/Yeerongpilly area that is worth speaking to?

    Hi,
    I've never had to terminate a MA so I'm not sure. However if you are looking for a great PM I have one. She is brilliant, used to be a PM for a big real estate agency and is now out on her own. She is great at sourcing tenants with them all paying on time every week, properties are maintained really well and she found me tenants that have all stayed 12 months +. She doesn't charge any extra for tenants to pay water consumption. Having said that, it goes both ways, she only takes on good landlords and good tenants, smart really - means she doesn't have to spend as much time managing either party.
