    And likely don't have insurance, which mayybe required if tenant/relative kicks up a stink.
    Could cost vendor penalties if vacant possession required at settlement.

    What's that saying? Some people have more cents than sense...

    Wonder if purchaser physically inspected, aware of this situation?
