You open up a wider market when you allow pets as some find out when the property just sits there vacant, and from experience some who live alone with only a cat or a dog are very good clean tenants who also are house proud as the pet is sometimes all they have..

These tenants had the pet rabbit inside roaming free and peeing and pooping. What next - the master bedroom is a horse stable?

Wait till all the new proposals become law, that no one seemed to want to discuss.

At the end of the day, who really gives a toss if the tenant is living a decent life and paying rent and place is gaining CG wise ?

I do not, I hope they make my place a nice home.

If the pet is causing no trouble, then it would be hard, but if they are a nuisance and can be proven, that is different.
