    The agency needs to focus on the landlords needs before demanding that their error be rectified.

    I was simply having @Hamster focus on getting themselves sorted out. The agent can wait.

    QBE via ANZ. Will need to double check - when my wife called them yesterday they advised $500 + $250 excesses apply. We are in the process of reviewing these policies also with the view to changing, just haven't got there yet....

    Available funds / Cleared funds.

    When I get a cheque it shows up in available funds so you can use it before it is cleared. If it's not cleared though and you use it to pay a bill they will retract the money if it bounces.
