Keep fuse wire in the board area.

Your description of your kitchen sort of sets out the problem and what I was saying, if people stuck to the rules and the circuits are done properly, then there is little to fear from porcelain fuses, they exist in houses i have had, have lived in, I have them in my home currently, and it is not a problem at all, if I showed you my board, you would freak at the number of porcelain fuses, none of which are overloaded.

Getting back to the topic, the OP has no need to change the dedicated HWS setup, it is a legit setup, and doe not pose a problem as long as correct fuses wire and cable etc has been used, it will probably outlive at least me.....

Tenant did not call the nominated tradie.
Tenant is supposed to have read the agreement.

Everyone has a mobile phone and therefore a TORCH today. Such a TORCH could have been used to find the rental agreement.
