'Ni hao' should be enough for them to get in the door and do the inspection. No speaking other than that needed.

I have seen some very dubious reports from some small QS firms. I wouldnt bother. The large guys like BMT, Washington Brown and Depreciator may be able to send a mandarin speaking person to site IF a site visit is need. Ask them. There would be little to discuss to be honest.

We have specialists on our staff who are Chinese-born. They may not be performing the inspection (are the tenants Chinese or just the owners? If the former, the property manager will generally help re language barriers) but they can handle a lot of the consultation and information-gathering.
