Hello my wife and I are going to Tasmania for 3-4 days (flexible). Is there any place/ Resturant/museum we must not miss?

I have just come back from a month in Tasmania.Personally, I thought the Gordon River Cruise out of Strahan was the highlight.

Mona in Hobart - a sobering thought after visiting @geoffw's hangouts. ;)

I just spent the last week in Tasmania. You definitely need to hit up the MTB trails in Derby :)

I did around 200km of singletrack in 6 days. So awesome.

    Cheers,
    Inertia.

I'm visiting Tassy for around three nights for some RR in two weeks time.

Already booked my tickets by using the accumulated rewards points on my credit cards, and planning to book the Iblis Styles Hobart for my accommodation (via Cashback Rewards site).

Some places I would like to visit are Cascade beer tour, Mona, Tasmania Museum and Art gallery, Mount Wellington, Botanical Gardens, Wrest point and just a general drive around.

Happy to receive feedback and advice.

We were in Tassie a few years ago for an archery tournament. Holidayed afterwards and these were our highlights:
    • Get Shucked - oyster restaurant on Bruny Island, best oysters I've ever had
    • Drunken Admiral - amazingly hearty seafood
    • Me Wah Restaurant - some of the best Asian food in Aus imho
    • Zoodoo Zoo or Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary

Not sure about Tassy but NZ roads are pretty good. Will be hiring an awesome car for abit of go karting.
