    Hi fellers,

I'm reasonably green at sharemarket investment in general, what exp I do have is from the U.S , as I lived there for most of the last 10 years, during which I just loaded up my 401k (super equivalent) with Vanguard index funds, set and forget.

Now I'm back in Australia, I'm as exposed to aus property as I care to be, and reasonably well capitalized, so now I am looking to start building a portfolio here. I've followed threads here on PC for a while and see we have a lot of investment yoda's (@SatayKing and @Nodrog) and quite a bit of debate between Boglehead and Dividend strategy.

My question to you savvy fellows, if you were <40, starting over, what would your strategy/target portfolio look like?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
