One for the sociologists and demographers on PC to answer but I believe it's used interchangeably with the "Gen Y".

Good job @Taku Ekanayake! For outer Melb, the sooner the better I say.

Took me awhile to work this out :s

"He has three properties in Morton, about 30km south west of Brisbane's central business district, another in Eagleby, about 25km south, and Brackenbridge, about 10km north. The other property is in Adelaide. The most recent purchase was in December."

    thanks @TFBoy !

lol as for the "three properties in Morton, about 30km south west of Brisbane" - srs typo here from the journo. It's supposed to be Moreton Bay region, 30km north of CBD o_Oo_Oo_O

Hey @Taku Ekanayake why dont you give the PChatters a post about how you got here, with a bit of detail (but not too much) on why you chose where and what closed the deal, and how the tradies performed (or not), and how you dealt with the ones that didnt, from an interstate perspective (assuming you didnt have the motivational assistance of certain motorcycle enthusiasts...).

ie. Can we have the inside story?

Great stuff, I bet you had to sacrifice holidays overseas etc in the last few years though to get where you are.
