    Hi all!

We have just purchased an inner Sydney terrace as our first PPOR. We want to renovate the bathrooms and refresh some other areas. Floor plan attached.

Would appreciate if anyone has any recommendation on trades/builder/company, approx costs and any other feedback.

    1) Bathrooms: Remove the bath in the ensuite. Move the internal wall between WC and ensuite to create two evenly sized bathrooms with showers. No bath. The tiny WC actually has an existing shower in the corner! We don't believe the wall is load-bearing but will get a professional to check.

    2) Remove custom built-in TV and book unit in the living area. Remove custom built-in desk in the home office
    3) Update built in wardrobes in bedroom 2. Update built in storage next to kitchen. Update built in drawers in bedroom 3.
    5) Replace bi-fold door to courtyard.

Given we are new to reno, we will most likely like to engage a company to manage the bathroom reno for us. Who do we contact for smaller jobs like removing built in shelves/desk, update built in wardrobes? Bi-folds door?

    Thanks!!

How did you go? I'm in the same boat.
Very hard to grab a builder to even get estimates right now.

Posted on Hipages and got good responses. For the bathrooms, most builders/renovators won't come through to inspect/quote until the new year now.

For the shelves/easier jobs, got the handyman through hipages in for quote and booked him in for the new year.

For built in wardrobes, I plan on using Impressive Wardrobes in Sydney which have good reviews. Haven't looked at bi-fold doors yet.

What are you looking to get done?
