    Hi everyone, just wondering what people's thoughts are regarding areas that stand to benefit from the new tunnel and infrastructure developments planned for Sydney northern beaches? Anyone with inside info know if these are definitely going ahead?

    One might expect good locations for investment potential to be Frenchs Forest, North Balgowlah, Manly Vale in particular. I'm looking around median house price in those suburbs.

    What would you be looking to develop in this area? Most likely captured under northern beaches council .. not exactly the easiest to deal with for development.

    Something needs to be done, I'm getting sick of the peak hour runs from Dee Why in to the CBD & home. In saying that the run in is ok, it's getting home which is a pain

    A long, long way away from completion let alone commencement though
