    Hi peeps

    Have a client with ideas to buy lower north shore Sydney maybe in the Hornsby etc area. Seeking an apartment, duplex, villa etc as the budget wont run to a house.

    Needing a BA more for the lack of time as he is a busy professional and has existing IPs. He is seeking to avoid anything like OTP or risks associated with spruikers but has limited appeal for something newer for the Div 40 / 43 but its not a critical.

    Can anyone recommend buyers agents who may be able to assist source a suitable new IP ?

    Sorry - Why would there be a difference ? Their lender will address valuation.
