Sydney home extension designer, architect or one-stop shop with builder

Hi all,

I'm looking at doing a renovation to replace the existing external laundry & toilet and separate one car garage with extending the house for an internal laundry and bathroom and two car carport. Unsure if existing structures can be kept so possibly all new structure.

Will be difficult to fit the carport behind the existing building so my understanding is it will need a DA. The property is a corner lot and I am assuming the need for the carport to be behind the building line applies to both sides of the corner.

PPOR is in the Georges river council area. There is some other minor maintenance works like interior & exterior fascia painting, stuck wooden windows etc.

Has anyone had any experience with Superdraft? There are a couple of old posts that they were a bit expensive.

Another company I'm looking at is Rossmark.
