    Hello PC Crew!

    Hope everyone has been keeping well, researching, strategising and planning their next move :)

    It's been a couple of months between drinks so it's definitely due for Round 3. After a stellar turnout from the PC community at our last Meetup - in fact our most highest attended CBD Meetup to date (over 40ppl), I cannot wait to see you all again.

    Once again, we'll keep the venue at Shark Hotel as they have plenty of space, have delicious Thai food, cheap drinks, good atmosphere, and a central location. The name tags provided were a hit so we'll have name tags again so ppl can recognise each other from their profile name.

    It may be the last CBD Meetup for the year so let's all get together again and have a good property chat! I highly encourage everyone to come along even if it's for a quick bite and/or drink after work.

    At the last Meetup we had a diverse range of investors and professions all there to learn, network, and meet new & old faces. It's a very casual and informal setting which makes for easy conversation. I will organise a designated area for Property Chat at the venue.

    Back from Europe..should be able to make this one....40 people in the CBD is great...though I have noticed that a lot less people are attending the Sydney events...last time that happened it coincided with the market correction.... ;)

    There hasn't really been a drop. People are now attending the events that suit their work/home locations. Wentworthville is quite a hike for many people so some are just going to North Ryde or CBD instead.

    North Ryde - approx 15 at the last one.
    Wenty - perhaps 20 at the last one.
    CBD - there were around 25 at the first one.

    Certainly fewer newbies.
