    Yup, seems like we will eventually have to book that room with 100 chair capacity (Probably next year)

    Also, may import some interstate and local (successful) forum members specializing in various field as guest speakers.

    I am just amazed by response!

    If we included guests on wait list, it will be over 60 people.

    In all honesty, we checked out a room for that fits 100 people, tad bit expensive rental cost and will cost pretty penny for catering/drinks.

    At one stage, We did consider footing the bill (for last meet up of the year) but room is booked out for the day! :eek:

    That was quick, completely missed the thread - waitlist please!

    Re: cost, I'm sure people wouldn't have an issue chipping in for room hire and snacks considering the level of discussion.....just a thought
