I'm looking for a Sydney based broker so that we can meet in person. Are there any recommendations for someone who looks at the big picture and has experience in obtaining finance for PPOR subdivision and subsequent development potentially through a trust? I currently have a broker which I have used for a couple of investment properties and PPOR but he doesn't have the required experience for this.

Just came across this post. I don't usually recommend people unless I know first hand of their work. I know there are some good brokers on here and I have recommended @York in the past when some friends asked me. They all had glowing feedback of his dedication and attention to detail and were very happy with the results. I know he is often even willing to travel interstate to meet clients. A really top broker and all round nice, super humble guy imo.
