    I would like some help sourcing data for the last 2 or 3 Sydney booms please. I remember seeing the last one on tv but I have no idea when it started or ended.

    What measure do you even use to measure a boom? I have been using median house price but I don't know if that is ideal.

    Anyway, if you can point me to any datasets, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

    Stock and days on market are good indicators. Number of auctions and auction clearance rates.
