    According to this article.... 3 bedroom apartments in Sydney now have a median of $1mil.
    Sydney’s median price for three-bedroom unit now $1 million, report says

    Friend says her one near Mac Uni was valued around 950k just a few months ago, based on comparables. There's a huge scarcity factor of them in Sydney. 3 bedroom units hardly ever seem to be on the market.

    I also note that a mention of Airbnb was made in the article too.

    That adds weight to the department of education's belief that families and kids don't live in home units. Hence poor planning of infrastructure and lack of school places.

    Sounds a little high to me for a Sydney wide median but agree they'll be relatively scarce and there will be greater demand for 3bd units in sydney as houses are unaffordable for families.

    The inner city shoe box sized 1bed's are good for airbnb.
