    I like 623 bourke Street what did that one sell for also it's interesting that they have someone in the photos that appears to be a tenant or something

    Hi Guys!

    What does everyone think about the next 6 months in Surry hills / Potts point? I’m looking at purchasing a IP, probably a 1-1-1 or studio. How are the rentals in this area? High? Will I be able to pick the same place up cheaper 6 months from now?
