    Go see David Johnston at Property Planning Australia. They did have buyers agents so along with deep property plan they could recommend and buy property but saw that as a conflict of interest and got rid of that arm in the company.
    They're in Camberwell

    Thank you QDOG. For the record, I'm a He. :)
    Investment strategy in a very rounded nutshell is to buy, hold, use CG and PPOR equity to by another in 3-5 years and hopefully another two within 3 years after that. IO on investments while smashing our PPOR and in 20 years hopefully sell 2 or 3, paying off outstanding debts.
