Hello! Was wondering, what are suburbs, within the capital cities that have high rental yield (above 7%), within the 300-400k price range? Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum.
Strathpine in qld came up as being ok yield during a trip up there. Suburb profile sites like your investment property are a good starting point. Link YIP mobile

Plonk in some suburbs you know to see what comes up. Also top suburbs section

springfield lakes, qld - low capital gain, high yield - low middle income renters trying before they buy in the area

Not to be a naysayer but be cautious when chasing high yields as negative growth in prices may offset the income profit. A recent example is mining towns, the next may be apartments in Melbourne.
