    IKEA is way too far from there. But if people want to see planes close-up, the back of the IKEA store at Tempe is the place.

    Without knowing your budget or even the style of dwelling that you like, would you consider the St George area? Kogarah or Carlton? These are the more under-loved areas of Sydney in my opinion, but very well connected from a transport perspective.

    I have been to Epsom road near M1 to view a property under construction. It was around noon and I could hear the aircraft every 15 minutes. The noise was not intolerable but definitely a concern.

    I have also read somewhere that Zetland is on NAB's loan blacklist. Over 60% of the buildings are apartment blocks so it might be an issue for potential buyers.
