    Hi All,
    First time investor here living in Geelong, looking to get the first IP within the next month or two. Currently looking for Derrimut or Berwick, but also quite open and much appreciated with other recommendations. Don't mind a bit of NG but probably not too high. Strategy will be Buy and Hold.     I'd highly recommend Berwick over the entire metro west. When St Albans and Sunshine medians have caught up you know there's an anomaly :eek:

    As far as South East Melbourne goes:

    Berwick>Beaconsfield>Narre Warren/Officer>Cranbourne East>Dandenong >Doveton>Cranbourne>Frankston ;)

    I'd throw Sunshine West in the mix. But both Doveton or Frankston are good choices, both areas still offer plenty of options well below the 400k mark on decent blocks in need of some TLC.
