Substation in the front of the property. Is it council land or within the property

    Hi, the property we are planning to buy has a substation, somewhere near A. The real estate broker says it is council land. the diagram just lists the restrictions on it.

    Google satellite image shows the box seems within the property.
    How do i confirm this. Any pointers?

    Google means Jack.

    What covenants are on the title for the land? The notations A, B & H will have something in the key on the plan.

    I checked the valuer general website and looks like it is within the property.

    Don't? Why buy it with an ugly substation in front that will be there forever.

    the snapshot of the deposited plan indicates it stands within lot 1
    the details of A,B, & H (easement or restriction) will be described in the 88b instrument or dealing. which will be also noted on the title
