    Hi,
I have a question to ask.
If I applied for a development approval for 2 properties (1 owned by myself and 1 other owned by the partner) as 1 application and some of the lots are created over the existing boundary (new lots consist of land comprised of each party's existing land), who does it belong to at the end of the approval and development of the land?
Is this just agreed upon by both parties or it's automatically the owner who has the majority of the land within that lot?
Sorry if it's a bit wordy, hard to explain over the internet.
    Thanks

Assuming you don’t have a development agreement in place, anything created from your land will be yours and anything created from the neighbours land will be theirs. Anything created from a mixture will be shared or dealt with in accordance with your joint venture agreement.
