Subdivision - rural Palerang-Queanbeyan area

    I have been looking for a "bush" block near Canberra and may have found a suitable one. It is a combination of bush and grazing so I would like to subdivide and sell the grazing portion (E4 zone 6ha min out of a 16ha block).
    Questions:
    1. Anybody done a similar subdivision in Palerang?
    2. Name of a good planner/surveyor to take the subdivision forward?
    3. Costs of doing this?
    4. Thoughts on relative value of bush vs pasture.
