Subdivision of land zoned E3

    Curious to know if subdivision would be possible on land zoned E3.

    Below is an excerpt from the Planning portal website.

    I don't see any mention of subdivision in the excerpt, but I also dont know if these are the design rule either.

    You can't take an excerpt from the LEP and read it in isolation.

    Other sections of the LEP include maps for zoning, heights, fsr etc as well as the planning controls.

    The DCP will include any specifics relating to the design considerations.

    Talked to my Townplanner and minimum lot size is 40ha :rolleyes:
    Possible dual-occ option, but unlikely.

    Definitely no Multi-dwelling (3+) on it though.
