subdivision naive question

    hey guys,

    just reading about subdivision (dont have a property to subdivide just learning).
    so at which stage do you need to provide the planning for the new dwellings you are going to build? is it at the very begining or after the DA approved the first step (i.e. that the property can be subdivided)?
