Subdivision/ Duplex in RYDE (Bushfire Assessment)

    Hi

    Anyone have any experience?
    We have a property in Ryde and it falls under bushfire zoning.
    There is a creek right behind it.
    From what I read that DA approval will be required, and BAL rating 29 or lower (needs Bushfire assessment done). Has anyone been down this path? Any suggestions of bushfire consultants used in past that can help us out with our project?
