    Hi guys,
    Hope everyone is well.
    Wondering if someone can recommend a good structural engineer for our 3 TH project.
    Preferably an engineer with the shortest leadtime and reliable as this is the critical path to get building permit.

    He did. unfortunately that was someone he fairly new and ended up being a total dud, with very poor response and keeps right shifting and asking of unrealistic demand. At present he has released incomplete prelim drawings which take ages. and my gut feel says things are going to get a lot worse if I continue with him. Its better to sever the ties now before I going mental.
