I have an (elderly) friend who owns a property zoned CBD development in Strathpine. They are discussing selling it and a neighbor has mentioned that they should sell together using a commercial RE agent which might be better suited for getting more for the properties combined than a normal RE agent focused upon residential property would.

We are wondering (I am posting upon there behalf) if this would really be the case. Both properties are located on Jockers street, Strathpine, both just over 600m2 each.

The RE agent they have had so far (residential) indicated around the 600 to 800K mark. Would Commerical better this?

Not sure if it would be better, but "Brendale commercial and industrial real estate" office is on the same street, might be worth knocking on there door and asking some questions?
