Strategy: Buy a second PPOR and Later Sell it

    What advatages are there to selling to a related entity rather than refinancing to get the extra capital growth out of it and using that to pay down the non-deductible debt. Wouldn't that be easier?

    This will depend on the situation but the following are a possibility:
    - increasing deductible debt
    - debt recycling
    - restructuring ownership for asset protection
    - restructuring ownership for estate planning
    - restructuring ownership for tax minimisation
    - restructuring ownership for land tax savings
