Hi, still me here, I'm pretty sure I need a hand to understand what kind of strategy I need to tackle for our investment properties future, do you know anyone here in Perth that can help us?
The more close we are getting to buy a IP the more questions pops up that I don't have the answers, specially regarding the strategy we are taking( we don't have one yet).
    Any help would be great.
    Thanks
    Christian

Here is the very best place.

We are open 24/7, just ticked over our 10,000th expert and do it all for free.

Let us know where you are at and what you want to achieve and you will be swamped with great information!

The strategy you use will be determined by a few things -
    • Your income
    • Your current liabilities/debts
    • Whether you currently own a PPOR or not
    • Your goals, IP-wise - do you want 3 or 17?
    • Are you interested in other investments vehicles like shares/LIC's/ETF's?
    • About a thousand other things :)
There is so much to strategy that it really can't be answered without knowing much more about you and your circumstances.

Generally, assuming you're single with an average income and no property, do this - buy a subdividable property, move in, renovate the house while you split the back off and build a new house. First 2 IP's sorted. :)

This forum is awesome, but even if every member thinks they are an expert, the reality is that only a handful are true experts.
    The rest are sheep.

    Don't be another sheep...

@Christian77 that is true just read through and do you own due diligence. I myself was swayed by some comments on investing in a particular suburb due to multiple posts that it was the next best thing. following Sydney, fundamentals etc. some random uni coming up was booming etc or inevitable that jesus was coming etc across those lines.

Seek opinions and professional advice to work out what best suits you but the best person to manage the strategy is yourself
