I have read some information about strata inspection before purchasing properties in strata schemes and want to ask the following questions: Which company have you engaged to do a strata inspection report? How do you rate their service in terms of the quality of the report, the cost, etc.? Will you recommend the service to anyone else? For a property built in the 70s, how long does the report cover? Going back 3 years, 5 years or even longer? What is the information that must be included in the report? What information is the red flag that will affect your decision?
