    @TML

As @bob shovel said, this is your sewer plan from Sydney Water. You can’t drain stormwater into the sewer. If you can’t get enough fall to the street and or your lot falls to the rear you may need an Easement over the neighbouring properties to drain into any existing pipelines.

Check your Lot Deposited Plan and your title to see if you have any rights to drain over the neighbours land.

If one exists then you’re half way there. If not you may need to construct the drainage line and have an easement lodged with LPI. Subject to your neighbour’s approval.

Finally received the storm water / easement plan - No 6 block in red.

Sorry Bob again need your advice.

    What is the "E1001100" means?

    What is the green line?

    What is the blue line?

Is there actually a pipe connection there in circle?

the E1..... is likely the pit numbers

Is there a man hole in your backyard? hard to tell if its your yard or the neighbours

its not very clear, can you zoom in and crop it

the green line looks like a funky easement perhaps??
Whats going on at 15a is there a house built over it?

did you get any pipe size info with the drawing??

The man hole looks close enough to your block to hook into but where does your current stormwater go?? Its probably already hooked up to it, so when you build the new house you'll just use the existing

    thanks Bob

    council came back and said

    Blue – stormwater pipe

    Green – drainage easement.

As the blue is a pipe i believe it can hook up our storm water to it !!!! yeah we found it thanks!!!

Dont have the pipe size and will need to find out. All i need for now is to confirm whether there is a connection point.
The hyrdaulic engineer will deal with the rest =)

    Good stuff!

I'd say that's where your current down pipes and storm water run to
