This property has a storm water drain running right through it 97 Belmont Street, Sutherland, NSW 2232

It ticks many boxes for me ( school , station, location and cost) but I have never come across a property with a drain in the middle.

What could possibly go wrong with this property? Would you buy it if you were looking in the area?

    Flooding?

Unwanted whitewater rafters coming through your yard

Is it at a discount to other similar properties? (Or priced similar to those with equivalent usable land excluding the land beyond the stormwater drain?)

Massive block, how many cricket/foot are you going to lose?

Well I will finally have friends.

But thanks for the perspective, you bring up some good points. Lawn mowing would be an absolute PITA as well.

I've always wanted a moat, change the bridge to a draw bridge and put in a GF.
