Hi guys, I ve being a long time read so finally decided to join up the forum. I am 31 working in the rollingstock industry and have started my investing journey last year. A bit of a property book and seminar lover. I ve read around 15 books within the last year and attended property seminars from a wide range of speakers (Tim Guest, Michael Yardney, Cherie Barber, Todd Polke, ect ect) I ve learnt from reading on the forums that these seminar are good to go but leave the wallet behind therefore so far I have not signed up for any

@Phase2 i was an engineer, now moved onto project management. Less being technical more being financial now
Brought a H+L package in clyde north. prices have gone up and got around 70k equity now, thinking about doing a 2bed unit Reno as my next IP.
