Standard residential sale contract

    I've usually received the sales contract from the real estate agent when buying/selling but not involving one this time. Is there a standard contract I can use and if so can anyone point me in the right direction please? TIA

    I think you can buy rights to use the REIWA one directly from them for a small fee (I last heard).

    Otherwise your conveyancer might be willing to either prepare one or have the rights to use the REIWA one as well.
