    Hi guys,

Appreciate the work you're putting in to these podcasts. Since you've asked for feedback, I have 2 suggestions.

    - The sound quality has improved but could still be better. I can't remember who is who, but one of you still comes through quite muffled at times.

    - You could make much better use of the show notes. Currently there is a just a mass of hashtags, many of which are pretty much pointless. It would be much more useful to read a description of the episode and links to relevant websites. Have a look at other podcasts to see what most do.

Again, thanks for the work you do and for putting yourselves out there.

    Thanks @Propin!

Thanks for your feedback @PurpleTurtle. Perhaps next time when you notice this, can you let us know which episode this is happening? @jazzsidana and I will definitely review our current recordings but keen to know if you have specific episode which one of us is coming across as muffled.

Great point - noted down as an action item for me and @jazzsidana to incorporate in 2020! Thanks again for your feedback mate!

    Cheers,
    David

Hey @David Shih Jazz is the one that comes across as muffled just FYI. Has improved since the start but there is a difference between you both.

Hey all and welcome to 2020!

As we kick off 2020 we start with discussing one of the hottest topic in town and the biggest government incentive for first home buyers - First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS). What are some of the things you should be aware of before you apply?
Ep51 - First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS)

Podcast doesn't actually talk about FIRE, why call it "spark your FIRE"?

Edit, still enjoy the podcast nonetheless

Hey evalord, thanks for your feedback mate. Apologies about the delay in reply, haven't really had time to check out PC lately.

I agree that the podcast doesn't directly talk about F.I.R.E - Financial Independent Retire Early. Though inherently we're hoping that by educating more people on understanding better on managing finance & make better investment decisions such as through property (and we may add more asset classes into the mix later on), people who are interested in achieving F.I.R.E can actually move closer towards that goal (or at least start thinking about it).

That's the rationale behind how we came up with this podcast name. Oh and it does sound pretty cool on first instance too so that's why eventually we adopted it :D

Glad you enjoyed the podcast - if there are any feedback on what you would like us to talk about or anything to improve on, @jazzsidana and I are all ears!

    Cheers,
    David

How amazing does it feel when we're back with another cracking subdivision deal to kick off this week?

Want to find out how Richard Hodges (previous show on episode 28 - Ep28 - Subdivision 101 with Richard Hodges .) was able to create $180K profit in a matter of over 12 months? Check out our latest interview with him on his Scarborough deal in QLD. There is no limit on creativity, only sky is the limit:
Ep54 - Conor Mcgregor of subdivisions.

At some point you have probably heard some horror stories where people invested in mining town and took a massive hit in both capital growth as well as rental yield! Today we have one of those guests onto the show to share his personal story on this.

Daniel Hain, the young, aspirational investor who joined our show this week to share openly his own journey. Even though he started at a very young age, but the fact he invested in a mining town made a bit setback on his journey and took years to bounce back.

Find out what he learnt throughout this experience and how he would've done differently:
Ep57 - Bouncing back from a mining town investment mistake (Daniel Hain story).

It has been quite a wild roller coaster ride in the last 2 weeks for the finance market with the impact of Coronavirus now starting to show. RBA has pulled the rate cut trigger in March in responds to this, plus we have just got the stimulus released...it makes you think, what's next on the cards?

Tune in our thoughts on the Australian property & finance space in our the latest episode, plus a quick Q&A:
    Ep59 - Rate drop, CoronaVirus, Q & A

(Note this episode was recorded early last week, so we do apologise if content is a little outdated!)

Haven't really had much chances to post what we have released each week so I thought may as well put everything in one post here on what we have published so you can pick & choose what you like :)

EP60 - getting Paul Averill back and also discuss some mental health stuff for anyone who is stressed with the current volatility:
Ep60 - Stress time health tips/Investment journey continued...

EP61 - what are the relief assistance provided by banks & government:
    EP61 - Relief assistance offered by banks/governments

EP62 - getting Roger Montgomery back on the show again to get his thoughts on the current market and where we are heading - this one is definitely recommended:
Ep62 - Has the market bottomed? with Roger Montgomery

EP63 - Neil Gibb on how he deployed the HMO strategy to earn him 6 figures without having to own all the HMO properties:
Ep63 - HMO Strategy with Neil Gibb!

Special episode with @Tom Rivera on how the proposed QLD tenancy protection reform may hurt/impact the landlord should they be legislated:
Special Episode - Proposed QLD tenancy protection reform..

@jazzsidana has also started his own spinoff on Bitcon/Crypto as the "bit" series - we thought it would be a waste of this man's talents if he doesn't continue to talk about this! 2 episodes so far and we welcome any feedback:
Bit1 - World of blockchain/Bitcoin with Stephan Livera
Bit2- QE infinity madness & Bitcoin!

Plenty of different contents for everyone so hope you guys enjoy and stay safe!

    Cheers,
    David
