    even if it is built by the Chinese Developer I don't care, it surely a big win for the suburbs surround it.

    So I guess it is the right time to buy now in COOMERA region.

    Why @LarryC this time buy existing house not H&L package :eek: ?
    is it because the Disneyland is still in proposed plan ?

    One of the property marketers told me the same thing that valuations fall short for the new H&L packages and suggested to use a broker that would keep on trying with different banks so that numbers stack up.very skeptical. He said banks are making it harder for people to borrow and want to control debt.

    If have to keep trying with different banks then obviously you're right to be skeptical.

    Same as anywhere else though, established houses have always trumped new.
