    Hello,

    I'm interested to hear people's thoughts of an IP in South Brisbane. This would be for a house, not a unit. Eg 10 Brereton Street South Brisbane Qld 4101 - House for Sale #125263014 - realestate.com.au.

    This is for long term (20-30+ years).

    As there are lots of apartments in that area, would that have any negative impact on the long term prices of houses/land there? I'm just thinking young families might not mind living in an apartment and not having to mow the lawn etc. They might not think that a house is anything special there, given there is a plentiful choice of accommodation.
