Source of funds to pay for spruce up

    We have no personal debt and have put an offer on our 4th and maybe final IP. It needs re-carpeting and re-painting of the three kaleidoscope-coloured bedrooms.
    My other half wants to use our offset money (attached to an investment loan) for this to start addressing some debt; I would prefer to use money from our LOC.
    Any thoughts?

    No Hodor. All of our debt is investment loan debt.
