    Back in the somersoft days there used to be a spreadsheet sharing thread. Had a look but cant find it anyone know the link or has a similar threasd been started here?

    thanks thats what I was looking for, been away from property invseting for some time now due to young children but coming out of the fog now and looking to dip my toe in some development.
